Thanks, neat stuff. Just a question on the % of Total (% of total A-Dealers):

How does this relate to the %age of overall male vs. female dealers? If 77% of females are A dealers, but overall 90% of dealers are females, that really means a male is more likely to pitch a good game as a female.
