On Males in 30's

> 40šs = 32.8% (33.7%)
> 50šs = 15.9% (20.2%)
> 60šs = 3.3% (6.7%) - $.Gambler

It's interesting to note that dealers in their 30's provide a disproportionately low amount of "A" dealing. I'm interested in how you would explain this? I've long believed that male dealers in their 30's are most likely to harm the player (poor penetration, preferrential shuffling, and to a rare extent; dealing seconds). Your take?
