Suppose the Hi-Opt player also counted twos in addition to aces on the side. The BC of the 2 count is +0.23612 counting the 2 as +12 and others as -1. Square this and add it to the sum of the other two squares and take the square root of the three squares getting the BC of +0.98266. Note that this is higher than the Hi-Lo count's BC of +0.97013. This is because the hi-lo undervalues the ace and overvalues the two and the side counts are assumed to be used perfectly. Note also that all of this discussion refers to the betting corralation, not the betting effiency which Wondering was originally wondering about but rather Cold Feet.
