So everyone has their own pure kelly bet depending on what they know. If they had perfect knowledge, ie. the exact cards remaining and their order, the perfect kelly bet would be all or nothing - they would know whether or not they would win! And with shuffle tracking on a particular round the tracker is closer to perfect knowledge than the traditional counter.
I guess what I am asking is to make an optimal bet do you have to include information about how accurate your estimate of your expected value is in terms of the quality and quantity of the fraction of total knowledge you have?
